As discussed with Customer service team, in Delhi team Mumbai team, the packet is not traceable, all numbers which which flashing on web page all are fraud number even they never pickup any phone after several calling.

Dear sir,
I have sent one parcel containing Dog medicines containing gel ice packs also because these medicines require cold chain and timely delivery other wise they get spilled if not delivered with in 24 hours.
I have sent this parcel through on dot courier on 10 august from Delhi to Rajpura (Punjab),against their consignment number[protected].
This parcel reached Rajpura on 11 august I have spoken...

pan card not deliver at my home address
