[Resolved]  Courier Company — Late delivery

Dear sir,

I have sent one parcel containing Dog medicines containing gel ice packs also because these medicines require cold chain and timely delivery other wise they get spilled if not delivered with in 24 hours.

I have sent this parcel through on dot courier on 10 august from Delhi to Rajpura (Punjab),against their consignment number[protected].

This parcel reached Rajpura on 11 august I have spoken to Rajpura on dot courier delivery office the person sitting there told me that this parcel has not came yet from Delhi.But actually that parcel is lying with him from 11 august afternoon only when I told him that I have inquired from Delhi on dot courier office and they were saying that this parcel has already reached Rajpura but the Rajpura agency officer telling me lie that this parcel has not came to him .

I have told him that his l contains dog use medicines and if it has not delivered today then the medicines get spoiled even then also he does not realise the importance of delivery on time of that parcel.

Then on 12 august morning I have spoked with him again then at 10 am he told me that just now he got the parcel .

Now when I told him to deliver it at the top most urgent then he told me that he is having many more parcels and also the delivery persons are not there so he can not deliver it . He told me to ask the consignee to come to his office and take the parcel from him.

After my request from my side and from the consignee that is dr manjeet Singh he delivered that parcel at 12 pm ,after receiving the parcel when Dr manjeet opened it then the medicines inside got completely spoiled because of getting hot due to non delivery on time.

I would like to complaint against the on dot courier company specially his Rajpura deliver office because of them my medicines worth Rs 10,000/- got completely spoiled.

I hope you can solve my problem in getting the me back my lose of Rs 10,000/-.
