I have ordered a dress from craftly fashion which comes from surat (craftlyfashion.[protected]@gmail.com and Instagram ID- fashion_mira1), they took an order by showing us the video and said you will receive the exact same dress but when I received the dress, it was duplicate/copied and also defective dress..
I reached them the day it was delivered for the return and refund, but they are denying to take their dress return and they...

They send a wrong product. Pls take it back. I request you otherwise I Tae strictly action...

I ordered from Instagram as per discussion with them they side it is readymade saree but it's not readymade at all - saree color is also totally different and damaged piece - when I complaint and ask to get refund and return the product they said it is what you ordered after that they are not picking up any call or not replying on WhatsApp I called them many times did WhatsApp but still no reply at all...

I ordered readymade saree from Instagram When I open that saree the saree color is totally different then the pic which they showed and saree is also damaged. I asked so many times on WhatsApp I called them not pick up any calls or even not reply on WhatsApp. Asked to get return and refund but not replying. I want to complaint about this company. Very very poor customer service and not satisfaction at all...
