I have ordered a dress from craftly fashion which comes from surat (craftlyfashion.[protected]@gmail.com and Instagram ID- fashion_mira1), they took an order by showing us the video and said you will receive the exact same dress but when I received the dress, it was duplicate/copied and also defective dress..
I reached them the day it was delivered for the return and refund, but they are denying to take their dress return and they are not initiating mu refund as well, they took 2, 350/- from me, which is a very big amount, I need your help, please get my money back to me, it's my wedding and currently I am very much helpless because of these kind of people Was this information helpful? |
