I visited an ice cream vendor in cannaught place Delhi near barakhamba metro station and they were changing more amount of money for the same ice-cream. They throw the ice cream sandwich box in bin before hand so that the costomer can't know the mrp and buy those ice creams at higher rates. Please cancel their licence or whatever your process is as they didn't provide me the icecream at the actual mrp....

Yesterday i bought cream bell brick of 2 litre strawberry flavour from New grover bakery Dakshin puri south delhi.When i served this icecream to my friends they found some sand taste with icecream.In mouning i made a complaint to [protected]. But didnot get any kind of revert back...

Hi Team,
The ice cream vendors for Cream Bell icecream are overcharging than the MRP and there is no control over it. The ice cream vendor say that they have to pay the policemen for standing on the road side and they have to overcharge it.
Issues happened @ : India Gate
Noida Sec 127 Near HCL building.
This is a daily issue and I have to purchase at a higher price as there is no other option for ice cream...

Alteration in prices.
Some price alteration done on prices on the package.
Like one of the product Center Treat costing Rs. 20 for all area & Rs. 25 for Assam, but distributor of the company alter the price on the package, They erase the above price Rs. 20 & selling at Rs.25. other product were also sold like this.
