We took the package and were at peace of mind. We have all the receipts and other documents. But I have been trying to contact the company now, and there is no contact on the internet, looks like the company has closed. I would like to register a case against them, not only I have lost my umbilical...

My kid was born in 2008 vadodra gujarat. I stored her umblical cord blood with cryobank india and paid 72- 75 thousand by emi. I have not received any communication from them for last 5- 6 yrs and they are not reachable by phone and mail. I don't know their whereabouts. I came to know from internet that it's sold out. There is no further information....
