This doctor failed to respond to the health and age of the dog, the dog was brought to him in a critical condition and was left untouched coz it was being treated else where and not brought to him earlier. He recommended to take the dog to cessna, which is about 8 kms far away. Such merciless doctors license should be cancelled....
