This is to bring to your notice about the ruthless behaviour of doctor waseem from cupa animal health care, rt nagar. This doctor failed to respond to the health and age of the dog, the dog was brought to him in a critical condition and was left untouched coz it was being treated else where and not brought to him earlier. He recommended to take the dog to cessna, which is about 8 kms far away. Such merciless doctors license should be cancelled. Please take action as soon as possible.
