Without Proper approach road he has sold more than 1500 flats and all the buyers facing lot of trouble due to private land owners claiming their land on the road. So they are hopeless. DABC just washing their hands about this m,atter. So buyers of DABC projects please talk to Abinayam 1,2,3 , Mithilam Gokulam 1,2,3 & 4 buyers. DABC rvrn cheated CMDA to get approval for his projects....

I have bought a flat at Abhinayam Phase 3 and have been asking DABC to provide me a receipt for the few lakhs they have collected from me towards service tax. Initially they asked me to go to their office in person refusing to send it over email. And now after I raised quite a few issues with them, they have threatened to block my entry into their office through security guards !!!!!!

Has anyone ever received a service tax...

Anyone who is interested in buying a property from DABC should talk to existing customers in projects like Mithilam or Abhinayam 3. All those who have had pleasant experiences might have bought flats years back or they must have been the lucky ones who had no issues in their flats. Typically DABC hands over all new projects in summer and takes customer signature on a one-sided agreement before handing over the keys. This is where your issue...

I am owner of Ahinayam phase 3 flat. Compared to other builders constrcuted near by our flat, DABC is better in customer service, attitude, simplied process and spacious between blocks. Good value for our money...really worth....
