Anyone who is interested in buying a property from DABC should talk to existing customers in projects like Mithilam or Abhinayam 3. All those who have had pleasant experiences might have bought flats years back or they must have been the lucky ones who had no issues in their flats. Typically DABC hands over all new projects in summer and takes customer signature on a one-sided agreement before handing over the keys. This is where your issue starts as a customer. If you have any leakage in the ceiling (which lots of DABC flats have because of the insufficient curing time they allow in order to handover projects fast), DABC will tell you to take a walk because you agreed to not question them. And when will your flat leak? In rainy reason !!!! We should appreciate DABC for their clever timing in handing over. Before spending your hard earned, income tax paid money on DABC, it is worth spending some hundreds and time in talking to residents of their recent projects - Gokulam , Mithilam & Abhinayam 3. What you have said is 100% true, for six months last year i took on rent an apartment in DABC Mithilam while working in Ambattur, inspite of being a brand new flat then, it was not good at all. water seepage during rains in the ceilings were common, and the quality of the interiors and tileworks were no good, the roads were worst, and no proper telephone, electricity supply in that area.

200%. No proper approach road. what he has shown in brochure, belongs to private party. They have even cheated CMDA to get approval. So buyers also got cheated as CMDA given approval
dabc has cheated customers and cmda but has rewarded those who helped them. the previous panchayat president of Nolambur, Rajan has been gifted a flat in Mithilam FLAT No.7 A1. why should dabc gift a flat free to Rajan? anyone can verify this information, and the flat is registered in Rajan's wife's name I guess. likewise all the nolambur wardmembers were rewarded for their loyalty by betraying public people. if these crooks had made an issue about this road situation when the flats were in constructon, we would have definetly got a positive result. but now, dabc will not bother to extend any help to the residents
