I have done my mother's PET - SCAN today on 7th Dec 2022. I have submitted my documents of PMC scheme of Shahari Garib Yojana of 100% free medical service but I have paid Rs. 5000/- as deposit to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital and when I have ask for the refund for the same amount they told me to collect the amount after 4- 5 months as you have said that once we get the amount from PMC then they will refund me.

I dont understand...

My husband is admitted on 7th floor. He is having osing in his wound since today morning 7 am. We have told them to change the dressing. But Still the floor staff is not bothered to change the same. Very pathetic service being provided by such a well known hospital...

My grandfather is admitted here. He is quite aged now. The concerned doctor is not ready to address the concern on time. The doctor is not responding to calls and we do not have any patient and ongoing treatment updates. All the staff here keeps ignoring and we are not informed about any patients health. Why?? I do not know how this such a stupid hospital get licences. last week i went there for my hair transplant.they shown me the all procedure with expenses.that staf was quite rude behaviour. and i agreed. they took few minutes to do and given some oil mor apply on hair they charge me more than deal.and i politely talk to them all staff coming to hit me.and ask me to pay. i was making a video of their scenery they took over my phone and i paid...

Deena nath mangeshkar hospital always adds an extra day to your billing when hospitalised.

I have been admitted to this hospital thrice and everytime the last day is all about follow up in billing and getting discharge as a result of which they successfully charge you for another day.

Admitted here twice for viral infection and they put you in saline and keep you hospitalised for atleast 5 days....

Very bad experience, they donr have valu for customer pain or emotions.. They just wanted to earn money. At night, no doctor available on time for emergency.. Only sister are there who gives call to doctror and doctor tell them treatment on phone call... Is that what dmh?? Since last four days we habe addmitted our patient.. No improvement in patient.. And doct just come for minut and goes with comment of a statement.., this night our patient...

I had admitted my mother based on the USG and CT scan reports which suggested of Neoplastic Etiology. The consulting Doctor suggested full body PET scans, Cytology, Biopsy, CA-125, CA19.9 and such other Pathology tests. After incurring close to Rs 75, 000, being admitted for 4 days and after doing all these tests, they are still unable to diagnose the source of cancer . They are still confused if it is in Kidney or Liver or Ovary or Peritoneal....

Just got admitted today. Nurse forgot to include us in lunch list and hence no lunch was made available despite doing procedures by 9 ;45 am itself. Then there is no pre admission counselling which would tell you in details about individual cost inclusive in medical and additional charges, like blood bank cost to be managed separately. The staff at blood bank is extremely rude....

My father is admitted in icu from last 12days but due to no mobile range i am unable to contact my relative or vice versa. On every floor there is range issue. Why can't hospital provide mobile range at every floor. Only jio and vodaphone holder getting range but idea bsnl are totally out of coverage.
