Hello sir, this is too much i use dhani app for transaction of my balance thtough dhani pay card with 2% cashback, the problem is money is going deducted instantly but didn't credit to the account that i pay also no cashback over transaction with fhani pay card,

I have more then 1 statement for balance deduction please check what was hoing wrong, and what my card trasaction lit for a month....

Hello, This is Biswajit from Odisha. yesterday i tried to add money in Dhani app wallet. Money is already deducted from my bank account but still am not received it in my Dhani wallet. I tried to reach Dhani customer care but my call couldn't be connected. Please support to get back my deduct amount....

I had placed order for emergency medicines however since the eta of far i cancelled the the order however the money was not credited back nor was the amount was not credited in the wallet.

I waited for 24 thinking the process takes more time however i got a call from random number he said i will show u the process how to proceed he tried to ask me lot of weird questions which bank the payment was done you will have to open...

I was transferred wallet to bank on 7th april 2021 8th and 9th also
amount 110, 100, 100, 1004 each but still not crtedited from last 4 days complaint given and mails send evenutually they are simply telling within one day next day and next hours like that only
please post this and resolve my issue...
