Fraud
I ordered two trousers to www.djeansonline.com on 14.8.2011 through order number[protected] and paid an amount 1889 through my debit card. I made several queries about my order. Every time I was being told that it was going to be sent on that day. They did not sent send anything. Once I requested for refund they are almost refusing to do so. This looks to be a fraud company which is cheating customers and usurping the money. I want to know...

I place an order last November 2010, and i havn't receive my order till now. so whenever i phone they told that there was problem with the courier then in june 2011 they put someone else tracking details while checking my order.
