I had online ordered 2 sets of masala dosa from dosa plan as stated on their zomato menu and I received 2 sets o[censored]ttapam and when enquired for the wrong order it was mentioned by the restaurant that by 2 sets of dosa they meant uttapam, these are 2 different dishes all together + the food was cold and tasteless.

The complaint is against dosa plaza located in empress mall, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The food which was ordered were 3 dosas, and and when served we found out that out of them 2 dosas contained plastic strips, and the 3rd dosa was stale. When approached to the dosa plaza manager, he denied that it was their product, later after acceptance he was explaining that it was a 'neem stem' which was actually plastic strips.
