I had purchased 2 flats at Doshi Risington OMR Karapakkam.
Yesterday The bathroom door locked and not opening and my wife is inside. It proves quality of Doshi construction and material used.
This is not the first time in my flat B2 107. Why the quality of lock not withstanding one year. Really painful living experience here. GOD only save us from the poor quality material and structure.

False Commitments
Hi All,
I had recently bought a flat from the so called reputed builder called Doshi housing in Chennai. Please dont be fooled by them, they will cheat you by giving workst ammenities and materials...and never turn back to you after you pay the entire amount to them.
There are much better small time builders around...dont waste your money....
