Doshi Housing — Risington Karapakkam construction and material quality

I had purchased 2 flats at Doshi Risington OMR Karapakkam.
Yesterday The bathroom door locked and not opening and my wife is inside. It proves quality of Doshi construction and material used.
This is not the first time in my flat B2 107. Why the quality of lock not withstanding one year. Really painful living experience here. GOD only save us from the poor quality material and structure.
During rain the roof slab and basement water leaks through cracks. During lightning in one tower wall cracked and debris fell down on the road. No corrective action for the complaint.
