Basic info such as gender and DOB has been captured wrong in the report. and they have such a scripted customer support with almost zero resolutions.. all they have been trained to say is "you will get a call back in 1 hour" and i have been waiting for the call back since 6th may and today is 17th may! and their supposedly senior customer care agent "Amit Kumar" hung up on me mid call coz he did not have a solve. I have given blood sample on 17th November 2021 for beta hcg test at hyderabad kondapur lalpath lab. They promissed me to deliver my report on 18th November 2021 evening 6pm.
