Basic info such as gender and DOB has been captured wrong in the report. and they have such a scripted customer support with almost zero resolutions.. all they have been trained to say is "you will get a call back in 1 hour" and i have been waiting for the call back since 6th may and today is 17th may! and their supposedly senior customer care agent "Amit Kumar" hung up on me mid call coz he did not have a solve. Just pathetic service overall, i tried doing this the right way but your system is so inefficient that they couldn't find a solve fo such a basic issue even after 10days... i spent Rs 4628 for this report with incorrect data and after waiting patiently and following up everyday i have decided to not move fwd with with such unreliable service and would like a refund immediately.. even though your customer service team is ill-equipped to handle this, i hope your leadership team can do the needful.
