Pass not being made for three months after approval from school

Students have applied for DTC pass in their school three months ago and the school, Hansraj Model School, Road no 73 Punjabi bagh has issued list of students vide their letter no 53174 dt 02.09.14 but the approval from scindia house is being awaited at Wazirpur depot for issuing the pass to students.
When being asked for latest information the dtc pass issuing staff misbehaves with the guardian and students.
What is the proper procedure...

request to resume route No. 536

Earlier there were enough buses on Route No. 536, Sarojini Nagar to Chattarpur. Now-a-days, we wait for the bus endlessly many times at Sarojini Nagar, whereas there are lot of 544 pass by. Shall be grateful, if the authority concerned look into it and put few buses on this route. At least one 536 for every six 544. It will also be more beneficial for the common public, if this route No. 536 is extended further from Chattarpur to Rajpura-Chandanola...

SUB-I want enquiry regarding ticket checker and conductor
Sir,
I have put two ticket -
1. 56541(Bahari Mudrika) Laxmi Nagar to Sari Kalekha.
2. 57853( Bus no. 543) Sari Kalekha to AIIMS
A ticket checker ask to me for ticket I have show one ticket after that he say to me that its ticket from Noida More to Asharam.Show you pay 100 /- penalty.Say to me fair is from sari kaekha to AIIMS is not 5 Rs its 7 Rs.But I daily pay 5 Rs.
