I am member of Laxmi apartment co op hsg society kon gaon pin 421311 .
Our society is formed since 3 year but no official bank account is provided to us we have force fully asked to send maintenance to personal account of treasurer.
We dose not provided any maintenance receipt yet.
Since last 3 year they didn't conduct any society audit nor submitted.
No general body meeting is held regularly.br...

I Ravindra Singh reside in C-1, room no 20, Thames CHS godrej hills khadakpada Kalyan west. Would like to bring to your notice that our society managing committee is full of illegal activist they do not take any actions against the defaulters who has crosses the mark of 1.5 lakhs and more and some are having a due of more than 5 lakhs as well due to their close relations...
