flipkart unsubscribe non compliance

I recently tried to unsubscribe from flipcart using the link from an email product promotion they sent me.
When i press the link it takes me to a page where i am given preferences to not receive various of their promotional material but no where is there an unsubcribe option.
If this is not illegal it should be and if it is illegal, flipcart is infringing.
Even if you choose not to receive any thing from them, you remain...

Tablet keyboard hold clip received broken

Order no. 11715884 Transaction No.22897310 Dear Sir, Received the above consignment on[protected] in a damaged condition as mentioned above. The tablet which is a part of the product is also missing. Lodged a complaint yesterday itself but it seems it was not sent. Don't know the reason. Request you to take back & give me some other item of same value like car vaccume cleaner. Product Received against my order and with defective charger.
