On 20th jan 2017, I took one easycab from delhi airport at about 9.10 am for going to sector 45 gurgaon. I was dropped by easy cab at Siddharth plaza at 10.19 am and a bill for Rs. 621.09 was paid by me. Later on I noted that I had left my mobile powerbank of Huyndai make in the vehicle seat. Bunch of irresponsible guys. I booked a cab from Koramangala to Banaswadi railway station 36 hours before and I got a booking confirmation by sms. I called the customer care 30 mins before the scheduled cab time since I did not get an SMS with the driver details and I was assured of an sms in next 15 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes and 10 minutes before my intended start time, I receive an sms regarding the cancellation of the cab...

I traveled from Delhi to Gurgaon on 26 Jan-2013 in EasyCab. I asked the cab driver if he can take Credit Card and he agreed. My mistake he charged rs.5000 extra i.e 5751 instead of Rs.751. He made me talk to an easycab executive Mr.Adil who told me send to an email with all my details and I will get the refund in 5 Working Days. On 5th feb I got a call that I will receive on 5th feb itself but its 11feb now and no cheque is received as yet....

I travel daily between Seven Bungalows, Andheri West (Home) and Nirlon Knowledge Park, Goregaon East (WorkPlace).

PATHETIC & USELESS TAXI SERVICE

On fateful day of 20/06/2010 Sunday; I had to attend a very important function of a family friend in bangalore at 12:50pm with my family of five. I tried my always trusted taxi service Cell Cab, but they told all cabs are already booked & they cant help me. Later tried useless Meru, phone never went through their Line, hence cant say on their service; Spot city told no cabs in area. Last left was EasyCabs.
