Myself sunil and i am from bangalore. I had purchased dr. Aqua guard magna hd ro + uv from aqua-guard sales representative on june 2015. Since from june 12, 2015. Till date i had faced problem regarding blockage of filters 4 times. 3 months ago service guy insisted to install pre filters to increase service life of filters.

Now, again the unit is blocked. This is the 5th time i am facing this issue. Today...

I have I Nova water purifier and is in AMC for 3years. I have raising requests one after another but no one is attending and neither calling. And when i call customer care i always get answer that they attended which is false. And always get answer saying they will take priority and will attend in 1working day which never happens. I am not satisfied with service of Eurekha Forbes. I would recommend not to opt for AMC.br...

I purchased an aquagaurd water purifier in blore with 3yrs amc warranty. when i moved to chennai, i had purchased a vaccum cleaner through eureka forbes and the sales agent took the waterprufier amc card stating that he will get the addresses updated for the water purifier and the vaccum cleaner and return them both. its been an year that this has happened and i have still not recd the amc card.
