I EX-JC 330223L HONY LIEUTENANT S A SUSAI MANICKAM retired from Army, Military Engineer service under corps of Engineers.I was retired on 31 July 2013 as SUBEDAR MAJORand was awarded as the Honorary Lieutenant on the occasion of Independence day 2013.
