I EX-JC 330223L HONY LIEUTENANT S A SUSAI MANICKAM retired from Army, Military Engineer service under corps of Engineers.I was retired on 31 July 2013 as SUBEDAR MAJORand was awarded as the Honorary Lieutenant on the occasion of Independence day 2013. It was informed me by The Bengal Engineer group vide their letter No-6513/DO/628/R/CA-7 dated 23 Aug 2013. I had applied for want of Retired officer ID card through Ex-servicemen welfare Sivaganga District, Tamil nadu to Station Head Quarters TIRUCHIRAPPALLI-620001, TAMILNADU. vide Department of Ex servicemen's welfare Sivaganga-dt letter No-R.C.No.3305/2013/A3 dated 10.10.2013.Whereas, after lack of 16 months, Ex-servicmen's welfare Sivaganga-dt Tamilnadu informed me vide their letter No-102/2015 A4 dated 04.02.2015 that present holding officer ID cards were only for new comers and cannot be issued for me .Therefore, they had placed a new demand and will issue only on new receipt. Therefore, my request is to issue retired officer ID card for new comers followed by waiting list.(officers).
