My father are expired on 08.11.2000, they are not any information are given in family for purchase
the shares form your firm. we have his death certificate and your company share certificate.
what we are do to credit the all dividend cheque.

I had recd. only 1 share--certificate no 2300 on 20.2.2008.I had deposited Rs 3040 on 16.5.2008 through cheque at H.D.F.C BANK Ltd Kailash Building New Delhi for 16 Series A Preference Shares which i have not recd till date.Folio no of warrant certificate is[protected] .Why there are different Folios for share and warrant certificate.I am inerested to get back my hard earned money immeditely rather...

not sending the annual reports
The company previously called Reliance Enterprises Ltd after merging with Farm Enterprises Ltd has not sent its annual report for the last three years or so. It had issued Preference Shares and Warrants on rights basis to its shareholders. Subsequently, it varied the terms of conversion of these Preference Shares and gave several options to exercise.
