I ordered a golden designer blouse on 13th March 2019 and the next day i got a call from their office from a lady asking if it is a confirmed order. I have her number saved but now when i try calling its out of coverage area. Later on 18th March 2019 i got a piece of cloth. I did not open it thinking it was wrongly sent. I have ordered a kurta which costs around 800 but recieved a cheap cloth top. Ita not the one I ordered but completely different. I tried to reach them over mail, but no response. No customer care number. I posted on their FB page but they are deleting comments. I got to know about this fake site only after going through so many complaints on this website. I am surprised how no action has not been taken till now on this. Please do something...

They are online fraud. I lost all my bank money in the name of refund. Please do not call them. For 1000 RS I lost 50000 in my account. They are fraud. Please complain to police if anyone knows them
They asked me to provide with card number and mobile to initiate refund. Then I received an otp which upon sharing all the money from my bank was transferred to their account
Now they are not picking the call or responding as expected....

I have ordered a blouse on 14th March 2019 and the cost of it was mentioned in this site was Rs.800. The payment mode was COD. I received the product on 20th March 2019 and paid the amount to the delivery boy. When I checked my order, it was not a stitched blouse but only a cloth and that too very cheap quality. There was no option in their site to place a return request and a customer care mailID was mentioned(care.[protected]@gmail.com) ....

I ordered a cotton blouse from Fastroly.com. They. The site is a cheat. They send me a cheap polyester piece of cloth instead of a cotton blouse that I've ordered. They aren't responding to my mails about return and refund. I've been sending them mails from the very first day. It's the 10th day today. Please help me, they've charged 700 rupees for nothing....

I ordered a stitched [protected]@₹800/- but they delivered a material of low quality not even worth ₹100/-

Tried to post comments on facebook but no reply. No response on the email id

They are cheating people with very high standard products on facebook page and website www.fastroly.com but delivering cheap ones.

They should be punished for looting innocent people’s hard earned money. Their...

I ordered a golden coloured designer blouse on fastroly web site at 850 rs
But they delivered a fake product ie. A cheap quality blouse material of around 50rs. I cannot place complaints on their website. And mailed them on their customer service mail id but they are not responding. Now i saw so many fraudsters about this web site. Pls do anything to avoid these type of fraudsters on this website. So many people cheated by this website....

I ordered one shawl from this company. But to my surprise it came out to b cotton dupatta with different colour and different design. How can they mislead like this. I want to return that dupatta. That too dupatta was horrible to the extent that i can never use it. Very bad material and design. Totally fake company and material. I want my money back....

Had ordered a designer saree (Bl-6*42) on 08-march-19. Received my parcel today under invoice no. Fs7743 dt 15-march-19 & courier ecom express shipment no. [protected] for which i paid rs 1590.00 credit card paid.

However, upon opening parcel, there was one saree which i was not ordered some cheap greenembroidered fabric.

Have just emailed them about returning the same....

Fastroly is a fraudulent site that advertises designer blouses and other clothing but the product you receive is cheap fabric, not worth a tenth of the money you pay.

This is after they ask for sizes, reviews (Fake) say that you get exactly the product shown in the picture.

Of course they want the money in advance.

When bringing this to their notice, they reply is very unhelpful and the attitude...

I have buyed blouse online product item description-bl-6*36 order no. Ft[protected] and wherein there was no description whether its peice of cloth or its stitched blouse, i thought its stitched one so i want it to return the product and wherein on site they have mentioned no question on returning within 7 days so i had mailed them to arrange for pick up of the product and for which they asked me to send details but after sending details...

I ordered for 3 pieces of designer blouses worth rs.2300 and made advance payment. Within 2 weeks they did not communicate me at all. My enquiry mails too were not replied. On 14th day i received 3 pieces of very cheap printed clothes may be worth rs. 100 to 200 altogether. Their refund policy says money won't be refunded but would be kept in the customer's wallet. I didn't know that it's a fake e - commerce site. After reading public reviews...

I tried to post comments to beware people not to fall in their trap but what they do they delete all the comments of angry customers. They r even blocking customers who r posting complains on their posts @fb. They hv blocked me too

Had ordered 2 designer blouses (Bl-6*34 and bl 21*34) on 25-feb-19 at 11:04). Order no. Ft[protected] from the site fastroly.
Received my parcel under invoice no. Fs4983 dt 26-feb-19 & courier ecom express shipment no. [awb no [protected]] for which i paid rs 700.00 and rs 800.00 ie total of rs. 1500 as cod.

However, upon opening the parcel, there were no readymade designer blouses but only some cheap black and red...

The above order delivered to me on 5.3.2019was a wrong one. I tried getting the contact number but in vain.
I mailed to them. But no reply or call from them even though i hsd mentioned my mobile number in the mail.
The courier agency shadow fax couriers also cant provide their clients contact numbers.
I need refund...

I had purchased a saree from this new website. They show a number of payment gateway options but while placing the order, only cash on delivery option is available. They have an elaborate return policy but actually they don't respond to customers who want to return the products. I received a totally different...

Ordered green blouse. Received a poor quality blue coloured cloth. Contacted them by email, but no response. No contact number. A fraud site. They don"t have any contact address or phone number. They appear on facebook pages to attract costumers and to cheat them.

This company has had many similar complaints on this site and am realizing this now....

I have ordered a saree from Fastroly and I got a completely different one. I mailed them with picture of saree.
They are charging Rs 250 for processing + I have to bear courier charges. They are sending different saree then I should bear the charges.
And they mailed that after receiving product they will refund the amount is Fastroly account. If they are sending different product then how I will trust and order some different...

I ordered 3 blouses on their website and pre-paid rs 2100. After a week, i got three cheap cloth pieces delivered which are worth less than rs 100. I emailed them thrice and they still did not respond. They don’t have a customer care number to call. They are a complete fake e-com website! Their website should be taken down and complaint registered against their website for cheating so many people!...

Wrong product, i ordered for a designer blouse, but i received the material of the blouse. Now regarding refund, they are refunding that amount in fastroly account, why? I have given cash of rs. 700, and that too deducting rs. 250 as processing amount, which online shopping charges processing charges. They should refund back to my bank account. The comments what i have mentioned cannot be seen to others, are those comments deleted....

I have received today my courier, this people have send wrong product of cheap quality and worst product. I ordered black designed blouse, what they have send is a blue cheap quality material. When visited their website no contact details and return details available. This is a fake site.. Pls don't buy anything from this site.
