Sir I fill online form of Imu cet 2018 and i take part in counciling process .At the counciling process I paid ten thousand rupees that was counciling fee . But I did not get admission in any college. Then my counciling fee refunded by your organization and send me a cheque of nine thousand rupee that I mention in photo. I am a student of BUIT, Bhopal. I took admission in the year 2010. My complaint is that my college is not giving me th fee concession on the basis of Green card. As per the government rules, there is full fee concession for the Green card holders. I want to know that -What can be the legal procedure for this complaint? what should I have to do...???
