Hi,

Fella home is not trustfull when they have to return the security amount. They will try not the return you any amount, even if they return it they will many months. They deduct large amount from security saying other tenant have unsettled amount with you.

Basically they will make any false claim to deduct maximum amount from your security money.

Beware of many other hidden charges as well.br...

1)I was promised a room which you (Ashu) guaranteed that i will get once i stay but failed to provide which was the reason my stay there was temporary.

2) Basically this was the reason no rent agreement was provided to me for my entire stay of 1 month because you could not deliver what you promised from day 1.
