Fella Homes — Security refund fraud

Fella home is not trustfull when they have to return the security amount. They will try not the return you any amount, even if they return it they will many months. They deduct large amount from security saying other tenant have unsettled amount with you.

Basically they will make any false claim to deduct maximum amount from your security money.

Beware of many other hidden charges as well.

Fella homes is worst then any gurjjar landlord.

Its better to go with property dealers then to use fella homes to get your rental home.
