We have submitted for birth certificate within 3 days of birth, however as per customer service will receive confirmation via sms within 2days, its almost a 10days no confirmation received yet and no proper solution and response, tried contacting on provided landline no[protected][protected] [protected] unable to connect, need kind attention and response to resolve the above issue....

My wife is 6 months pregnant and we were advised to take certain tests by Dr. Anusha gala from Fernandez hospital. The scanning and tests are taken at a different building in Hyderguda. This complaint is to let people coming here to know how unorganised the staff is at the venue. We were asked to move out of the building and stand in the hot sun. When I questioned and asked why do we need to go because my wife had 2 more blood tests pending...

After I started visting to this hospital.they asked me to go for 6th month scan.which is double charge comparing to outside.so I asked them what is the difference between outside and inside of Fernandez.they explained me that it is like 3d scan which is very clear scanning...
