The Ferrero Rocher chocolate which I've bought from chennai gates, mettur have spoiled. I found some layers of algae formation in that chocolate....

Today is my birthday (2nd Sept) and I purchased the above 2 boxes from our local shop at Dombivli east this morning. The product details are -

However the chocolates has spots of fungus in each and every piece of them. This is very disappointing when the expiry date is mentioned as March 2022. Can you please look into the same at the earliest and advice on my next action...

I bought Ferrero Rocher from Mumbai (India).It was a pack containing
16 ferrero rocher and each and every chocolate had fungus on it when I
opened it.I checked the expiry date and it was not expired.Its very
disgusting and unethical way of doing business.If by mistake I or any
one in my family had eaten these fungal infected chocolates, who would
have been held responsible for its ill-effects.I am really disgusted
and shocked by this...

The box of chocolates which i received from gifts to India did not taste good i have got the box but the website is not entertaining the complain.
