I travelled from Dubai to Hyderabad on[protected] in FlyDubai Airlines, when I am receiving my baggage I found it was damaged and I doubt it was theft attempted. When I tried to give written complaint their representatives are not accepted my letter, they just took details of damage baggage in their own simple format, no action from them till now...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved.
