Food Junction Complaints & Reviews

There's a gourmet shop at Aundh Pune westend mall named Food Junction.
I like to pick up a few items from this shop.
This is 3rd time it's happening and it happened today as well.
Their inventory is not updated in their system.
So when they scan the product barcode, it's not found.
Then before the customer they spend time 5 to 7 minutes to update the item in the inventory.
Sometimes their credit card...

This food junction is located at top floor of junction mall (only mall in Durgapur) West Bengal.

I had purchased a food junction debit card and got it recharged for ₹500 last year.
Around 20 days back they have said my food card is expired and I cannot take back my claim.
1. The phone number for complains are used by someone other person and he doesn’t know any thing about food junction.
