Food Junction — Card balance withheld

I had purchased a food junction debit card and got it recharged for ₹500 last year.
Around 20 days back they have said my food card is expired and I cannot take back my claim.
1. The phone number for complains are used by someone other person and he doesn’t know any thing about food junction.
2. The email I’d given by the staff to complain ( a card containing details like phone number and email id) has not responded to my emails 20 -05 days back around 3-4 emails have been sent.
3 I find it extremely difficult as there is no one even ready to listen i find my self cheated as they have taken my hard earned money in the name of 6 months validity, and during this time they were shut due to COVID 19. This was not at my fault why should I bear the damage.
