I have booked a order of brijwasi laddoo 1 kg from foodebaba portal on date 13 may 2019 and i have made the payment from phonepe app vide transaction id-
Icibd2d8ed794524a04b78edceb16254877. Then i had got a tracking number fb12364 after booking but the tracking number is not showing on the portal.
So help me asap as soon as possible. My contact number is [protected]....

We had placed an order for some food items on foodebaba.com but have not received any update on the same.

We tried calling their customer care number but didn't get any response. We have also written to their customer care but haven't received any revert.

I have placed order for Diwali on 11th october (Order No : FB6938) and had chosen fast delivery by paying extra. The website doesnt show its status. I tried calling several times on helpline but the phone number gets disconnected asking me to leave the message with no such provision. I had ordered shrewsbury biscuits 500g and brazil nut biscuits 1kg order no. Fb6234 and completed an online transaction via foodebaba.com of 1489.60rs on 28 sep 2017 3:49 pm. The order was supposed to reach me by 3-4 days, but no intimation of the order or updates of the order was received. I mailed them of issue at [protected]@foodebaba.com and also called multiple times at the no. [protected] which i received from the site. Yet with no response....
