I bought a 5 kg Atta packet from my nearby store and started cooking and eating and after a week I found a dead cockroach inside it .
I was shocked to see and never expected this from Fortune brand and immediately contact its customer care but not getting proper response.
I had never experienced this things from any brand especially from Forune brand.
Extremely dissatisfied with its quality and packaging now....

Fortune promised 100 RS paytm cashback on purchase of 5 ltr Oil, but the scratch card has no code available on it.
The packaging was worse and the company's promise of IIFA Utsavam offer through huge promotion was disappointing.
I am regular buyer of Fortune and the offer through out the IIFA event bought smile on my face which did not last long.
