After placing an order on 29th Jan i did not receive any confirmation...Further after 1 month of not getting any news, i checked this site and understood that there are many complaints, and concluded that i would never receive my order and it was a scam.
Finally yesterday (2 months later) i received a mail from Frenesi stating my order is getting delivered, with DTDC tracking...
I did receive my order...clothes do not have any...

I have ordered costume online from frenio fashion worth 2000 Rs but never received
Their customer care call come always busy and they don't respond even on emails.
Product was not delivered anytime.
Their website is fake. Do not fall in trap....

I have paid for two items worth 3415 but never got the delivery. I hope this complaint found by someone who cared. They hve their instagram page and they making fools of people.I m really disappointed to lost such hard earn money....

Please note my order which was placed on 24th dec amount Rs 8264 paid fully is neither delivered yet nor any response from them after sending so many messages / emails to them .

I have paid for the items but nothing was delivered. No reply on emails. No one picks up the phone number given. They are frauds. No one should shop from them....

Its been over a month the owner has stopped relying to me and they have taken a prepaid order of 6k and there is no update on where it is or how it is, they keep telling me 7 days 7 days but nothing got delivered...

Unable to track my order or contact the company execs, they took payment in full but there is no communication as to when the order will be delivered and order tracking isn't available. This company is committing fraud, there are so many complaints about them, all the same, and yet they are continuing to scam people. Please do something they need to be stopped!
