Friends Track Call Taxi Complaints & Reviews

Hired friends track call taxi to travel from triplicane to iiitdm (kandigai) (in chennai) via mount road, velachery, medavakkam, and mambakkam.

The distance for this travel should be in the range 38 — 42 km (allowing for minor variations in route). but the meter reading was 55km!

When i tried to complain to friendstrack, they flatly refused to even listen to me....

I am a resident of AMRITAVARSHINI APARTMENTS, ERI SCHEME, Mugappair. On seeing the advertisement at our Apartments with contact nos, I have opted for the FRIENDS TRACK CALL TAXI services, as they are from the same Mugappair Area and hoping the service would be faster and better. When I availed the services, my experiences were as detailed below:
