TICKET LOST in bus

Bus conductor advice me wrong information for lost ticket physically. But I have my ticket Booking sms in my mobile. He said me this is not allowed. . He said you can't print your tickets online. Conductor said me you have to want new tickets From bus . He forced me to outside from the bus at midnight . I m with my wife.
