In 2007 i had purchased Hero honda splendor plus by taking loan from GE Money Financial services LTD, I have paid all the emi's and cleared the loan. Currently i need NOC but can't find the financer address. Please send the NOC on the email id mentioned below.

We had taken loan against our house for repairing on floating rate basis about 7 yrs back when markets went down we took up matter with Co but Co refused stating that their bench mark was not lowered so they did not bring rate down we complained with RBI who directed Co to resolve our matter but still it was not taken care
Now we are foreclosing the loan Co is charging Rs300/- foclosure statement we have refused to pay and they hiked...

Dear Sir,

GE Money Financial services ltd is branded company but still have lots of inefficient documents against the company.

1. During the initial state buying Two Wheeler loan the company employee had not given any documented guidelines for the owner i.e ( myself Prarthana Pandy)

2. No mention of extra charges against bounce of cheque.

3. Bought the vehicle in the month of decemeber...
