They peeled off my skin and also charged me higher on the rate mentioned in rate list as they say our operater mrs. Kirti has put lot of time, the skin is sensetive, the skin was perfect but the operator does not know how to do waxing as she has just experience of 4 years but she also instead me to take Rs 2500/- service instead of Rs 1600/- when had a word with the manager of the saloon she also said said the same thing and charged me Rs.4626/-...

Kindly raise a complaint against unacceptable behaviour for Mr Hemant who. works like a goon and is indulging in harassment of customers by refusing appointments and does not answer his phone calls...
