Few days back I purchased 2 pairs of Geox shoes. Hardly I used it for a day and it developed deep wrinkles. It looks so odd now....

I purchased school shoes for my son by the end of May which I returned 2 days later via UPS within the Geox return policies!
Till today, the 1st of September I am fighting to get my money returned. I am treated like a stupid child in the email correspondence by the Geox customer service: excuses over excuses and apologies for the process taking so long; the most recent excuse from today is: the returned good would still be with UPS...

I bought few pair of shoes from geox store india however i have received one of them with incorrect sizes. But to my utter surprise when i when i went to the store again to return the article with incorrect size the sales man there was very rude & they weren’t ready to listen anything.
