Not refunding the amount even after 5-6 reminders and legal issues

I booked a flat in GM Infinite (Flat Number C217) by giving 1 lac booking amount. During verification of the
legal documents of the property, three legal issues are found which I informed to the builder also.
Initially builder said that my booking amount will be refunded soon (for which I have the email confirmation), but even after 5-6 reminders, the money has not come. Whenever I contact GM Infinite, then they give assurance that money...

GM INFINITE BUILDER CHEAT
In the year of 2009 I bought a 2 BHK flat from GM Infinite Dwelling India Private Limited in Whitefield Bangalore. At the time of booking the total cost of the flat was 26 lacks which was unchangeable after booking the flat. After 1 year and 4 months they called me and told that due to some reason we have changed the flat prices and now it has been 33 lacks.
