GMS Complaints & Reviews

The status of product shows "out for delivery" for the past 5 days. Yet i have not received the product. I have tried calling the customer support but nobody picked up. I will be needing the product very soon.

Worst behavior of delivery person, he saying that parcel will be returned if you are not collecting from office...

My parcel bearing number[protected] which was sent to Nagaland from Mizoram since last year ie 02/12/2020. What is going on GMS? Can we customers trust you? One of the worst postal service! Please look into my matter seriously...

Sir madam, kindly note the tracking id[protected] which has been dispatched from bluru on 18th to mudhol but till not arrived. Kindly check the status and no person of gms franchise is available in mudhol or jamakhandi. The contact nos mentioned in website [protected] is switched off from last two days. Kindly verify and inform....

My parcel has to reached to the bangalore btm office on apr 27th, today is 5th may but still i have not get my parcel.
I had called 5 times, everyday one one reason there were giving.
Office staff are very rude, there dont know any language on top of it, there were talking very rudly, no proper reason they will give. Simply there are saying tomorrow.
Please make this concern and send my parcel today....

Here I receive a job opportunities from GMS (add. GMS call [protected]@Bansal Complex Line Par Prakash Nagar Near Shivam Banqut MBD. Contact.[protected]-miss Sharadha)by seeing advertisement on newspaper. so after calling given no. on that particular news paper ...she said that you have to come over here and you must pay 500 rupee as a registration fee.
I did everything as per they said ...here the owner...
