door got rust
Sirs, I have purchased Godrej Pentacool 180 ltrs from M/s Southern Agencies, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh with Sl.No.125073 on[protected]. There is still warranty of 5 years. The door of the Refrigerator got rust and small bumps formed and holes have come two years back. When asked the Dealer, it is said that this product could not cover the warranty regarding rust of the body and advised tinkering privately. Kindly inform me whether this product...

I have purchased Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator 180 litres with Sl.No.125073 from M/s Southern Agencies, G.T.Road, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh on 23.10.2004. During the period of Guarantee we faced so many problems regarding cooling effect and every time the technicians expressed the Compressor failed.
