Return request refused?????

Dear customer care, I had ordered a hair curler by zeomark on Aug 4th. no OD[protected]. Received on 18th aug. The wire itself is getting heated. Its of a very low quality. Hence I have asked for a return and refund. Today I got an SMS saying seller has not approved of your return request. WHY? should we keep back your bad quality product? If you don't give good returns service the only charisma of on line shopping how can v trust...

Very slow speed

I spoke to customer care (Mr Kiran) and complaint that the connection speed is very slow. He made an effort to improve the connection. The attempt was not successful. I am not satisfied with the given speed. I was told by Mr Kiran that the speed issue will be sorted out your technical team by 30 Apr which is 45 days from today. 45 days is too long time. It is highly unacceptable. I want your URGENT ATTENTION to sort out the speed issue.br...

non issue of gas after booking

charges have been collected from me to informe me about the delivery of gas. And i got two messages, one at the time of booking mentioning my booking No and second as the gas will be delivered within 48 hours.
