Dear customer care, I had ordered a hair curler by zeomark on Aug 4th. no OD[protected]. Received on 18th aug. The wire itself is getting heated. Its of a very low quality. I spoke to customer care (Mr Kiran) and complaint that the connection speed is very slow. He made an effort to improve the connection. The attempt was not successful. I am not satisfied with the given speed. I was told by Mr Kiran that the speed issue will be sorted out your technical team by 30 Apr which is 45 days from today. 45 days is too long time.
