I have booked gas cylinder dt. On 04/04/2023 through mobile sms.my consumer no. Is -CX 13354661 named on Uttambhai Pavar. However, till date I have not received the cylinder.and my cylinder is over yesterday.the person told me fpr delivery in 2 days but not received.and the officers represnting the agencies language is very rude...i am tring to know the status but they are giving me different answer everytime...the services provided by them...

Last night I tired to replace the empty cycliner with a filled one which was delivered on my address : M-16A, Adani samsara, Sector 60, Gurugram, Haryana-122011
but the Cyclinder delivered seems to be faulty as the gas regulator doesnt fit properly and it is not possible to bring the knob to "ON" position.
Can you get the cylinder replaced...

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a consumer of Indane gas (GuruKrupa Indane Gurgaon).
I am trying to call them for last 2-3 weeks but nobody even picks up phone.
There are three phone numbers mentioned in the booklet and i have tried all of them several times a day.
There is no other way to book gas as i have tried all the other possible ways.

I connected my gas cylinder which was supplied a month back by Gurukrupa gas agency. As soon as I turn on the knob, it starts leaking. I have been trying to reach the agency from past 3 hours and I have not been able to reach them with all 4 phone lines. All the lines are engaged and if it starts ringing, no one picks up.
