Dear Sir/Madam,
i received a call on sep 29 2022 from HDFCLIFE( i am not aware of any policy), said offering the below, when they said HDFC EMI home loan EMI reduction and it is possible and i said OK .
1. policy term 10 yrs ( HDFCLIFE Classic Assured plus)
2. paying term 7yrs.
3. premium 156000/ annum
4. On mature : 19, 12, 532
5. Credit card 0 EMI.

The company provides a Portal for online Purchase and gives option to prefill the application form by entering PAN Number. Fine but what does the PAN fetch is quite funny which their IT team may not be knowing even today. Anyone would be surprised to find that the fetched details would show Father's name as wifes name and mothers name correctly. Thus policy will be in the name of a Person whose parents are both Female. I took up the matter...

HDFC Life's free money fraud
I have bought HDFC Life policy named progrowth plus.
I have been harassed by companies executives to pay premium in advance while due date is 18th Jan 2021. When I paid the sum of Rs. 100000/- premium on 8th Jan 2021, now the company says the amount will be invested only after due date i.e. 18th Jan 2021. You would appreciate that the above money is invested in capital market and such delays tantamount to the loss of opportunity...

Hi,
Since I was requested for my policy surrender dated 12th dec, Shared all the required documents on 12th Dec, following up with hdfclife team at [protected]@hdfclife.com, continuously following up and sharing documents again and again over emails and called up customer care multiple times, but still my payment not done yet, After I raised a level-1 escalation in system then I got an email on 15 th dec, that my payment will be credited...

This is regarding policy no. 17162877 which i took from hdfclife. This is ulip based policy. For this policy i have an annual premium which i have been paying each year for past 6 years. Currently due to corona, i am in need of money and since this policy is mutual find linked, i am afraid that i will loose the entire amount that i have been saving. It is already down 10% and i am already in great loss.

my account was debited twice for premium payment,
With regards to my hdfclife policy, i made the premium payment manually on 13th april 2020.
Later same amount was deducted automatically on 19th april 2020.
Please refund the extra premium amount to my bank account.
I have attached the screenshot of my bank statement showing the debits.
