I have taken a policy from your team member raj malhotra ([protected]) dated 16th feb'17, which was payment through online rs. 8910/- whose invoice number :-hm987253m, which in included me & my family member, after some time around dated (06th mar'17) we have received kit from your company which in a membersip card no - hm 000592 & others coupon.

I had purchased the policy by paying an amount of rs.41, 990/= taken by the company fraudulently. I had paid rs.16000/= on 20/04/2017. Rs.10000/=on 22/05/2017. Rs.7990/= on 16/06/2017. Rs.8000/= on 17/06/2017. Total rs. 41990/=. Also one of the representative said that
